Now, aged 39, the canoe sprinter will be at the Games once again. Tokyo 2020 in 2021 will be her sixth Olympics, a record for Spanish females in any sport. "I'm living a dream, I'm very happy. I'm very grateful to be able to enjoy canoeing for so many years," the Spaniard told us. She has 15 world medals and 17 European titles, but is still missing an Olympic podium: "Obviously, I'd love to win an Olympic medal, but I'm not obsessed with it." Her best result was fourth place at London 2012, can she go one better in Japan?
